Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment, no fee.
• Same-day cancellations may result in a small fee.
• No-shows are non-refundable 

Package Bookings (Weekly & Monthly) 

• When purchasing a weekly or monthly package, you will select only your first visit date & time at checkout
• After your first visit is confirmed, we will contact you to schedule the remaining visits for that week or month. 
• This ensures your pet's routine is consistent and properly scheduled.
