Refund policy

At Puro Amor Pets, we want you and you furry friends to love every product you order. If something isn't right, we're here to help make it right.

Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• To start return, please contact us at info@puroamorpets.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be notified by email.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us with 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll replace or refund it right away.

Non-Refundable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products (like pet bowls, grooming tools, or personalized items) cannot be returned once opened.
